Kim Thompson Named Senior Vice President, Client and Business
Development; Steve Noble Tapped to Head Experiential Marketing

PLANO, Texas and MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, November 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ – CROSSMARK Canada announced the appointment of key leaders, underscoring its commitment to drive a smarter way to faster growth.

With these appointments, Kim Thompson assumes the role of Senior Vice President, Client and Business Development. Thompson joined CROSSMARK in 2012 and has successfully led the CROSSMARK Canada Client Services team to drive client outcomes and achieve significant results with multiple top tier-one clients. She has further fostered strong relationships across the CPG, technology and retail industries over the past 20 years.

Thompson will extend her responsibilities of leading CROSSMARK Canada’s client relationships and new business development to include oversight of Marketing Werks in Canada. In her expanded role, Thompson will be instrumental to developing headquarter and retail growth strategies for both existing and new clients, as well as overseeing a full range of marketing solutions by further integrating Marketing Werks opportunities.

Prior to joining CROSSMARK, Thompson held senior management positions at leading sales and marketing agencies Mosaic and Consumer Impact Marketing. Her achievements are celebrated across the industry, including recognition as a Star Woman in Grocery by Canadian Grocer in 2016.

CROSSMARK announced it will further bolster its leadership team with the addition of Steve Noble as Director, Marketing Werks. Reporting to Thompson, Noble will play a key role in the management of Marketing Werks capabilities in Canada.

Prior to CROSSMARK, Noble successfully launched Mosaic’s Shopper Solutions brand and worked closely with retail partners including Loblaw, Shoppers Drug Mart, CIBC and Canadian Tire to bring their brands to life in-store, in the community and online. He also worked for Canadian Tire where he held senior roles in both marketing and merchandising, managing quality brands such as MasterCraft, Garrison and Blue Planet.
