CROSSMARK is a proven leader in the Home Improvement merchandising industry. We are a dedicated team of over 500 people providing in-store service to retail outlets in 16 states, and growing…

Our services include:

  • Comprehensive Merchandising Support
  • Product Knowledge Training
  • Specialized Task Execution – such as on-demand Plan-O-Gram and survey work

Technology:  Our Field Service Reps use handheld devices from Dell® and Symbol® that accommodate punching in/out of service, recording completion of tasks, receiving mail messages, ordering POP and taking photos. Our technology partner, Enfotrust®, and an array of tools from our corporate IT department provide comprehensive field reporting.

Our project teams are a fully integrated and dedicated retail support division over 200 people strong - providing comprehensive planning, development and implementation from “concept to shelf.”
