CROSSMARK has created a support program designed to assist manufacturers in communicating their capabilities to the retail sales base or to help execute plans that are developed directly with the retailer.

While having some elements of the traditional support model, these are structured on an individual basis so manufacturers can connect the value received for the work to the money paid for those services. These services are offered at three levels:

  • Tactical – From in-store product placement to store shelf audits, these needs are part of CROSSMARK’s core competencies through our ability to call on 800 direct buying offices in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Value Added – This level of service is intended for manufacturers who need access to market, consumer and competitive data and/or desire to communicate the differentiating benefits of their products – to consumers, in-store associates or buying offices. Leveraging CROSSMARK’s national footprint and robust business intelligence program, this service can help manufacturers change their relationships with retailers from price only to a true partnership.
  • Strategic – CROSSMARK has the ability to create Virtual Scale for smaller, “specialist” manufacturers that have high upside volume potential – making sure your voice is heard and that your existing sales and items maintain their relevance to the retailer and the consumer.
