BCUSA APPOINTS CROSSMARK AS NATIONAL SALES AND MERCHANDISING PARTNER

Plano, Texas (June 9, 2006) – BCUSA has appointed CROSSMARK as national sales and merchandising partner for supermarket retail brands, effective July 1, 2006. BCUSA produces a variety of category-leading specialty cheeses, including its largest brand, Alouette.

“We are extremely pleased to announce our appointment by BCUSA, and we’re looking forward to a long business partnership,” states Todd Mitchell, CROSSMARK’s vice president, business development group. “Over the past year, CROSSMARK’s results for BCUSA in the western U.S. outpaced the rest of the country. CROSSMARK’s appointment is full service, including headquarter, retail and set services for BCUSA. The national appointment excludes Publix and Harris Teeter, which utilize direct sales delivery programs.
