Help with Windows 98 and ME Citrix Installation

If you have ever installed a browser-based plug-in, installing the Citrix client should be just as easy.

Step 1:  Click here to begin the 98/ME client install.

Step 2:  You will be prompted, click Open.

NOTE:  If you are having problems running the install package, try to Save the package first to your desktop instead of Running it here.  Sometimes, especially if you are using dial-up access to the Internet, the client install will work better if you download the package first.

If you decide to save the package to your desktop instead of installing it, double click on the install package and continue to follow the instructions to complete the install.

Step 3:  A series of installs will begin.  Click on Yes.

 

Step 4:  Answer Yes to the License Agreement. 

Step 5:  Click OK on the final prompt. 

Step 6:  Add www.crossmark.com/connect to your bookmarks in IE.  From this point forward, you can click on the appropriate link click the button on the home page.
