Help with Windows Vista Print-IT Installation |

Note: These instructions are
only for Windows Vista users. Also, only install this print driver if you are experiencing a problem printing through Citrix. Most people can print fine without this print driver and should not need to install it. Some people with older printers, or Lexmark printers, or all-in-one printers may have difficulty printing through Citrix. If you have tried to print through Citrix and have not been successful, please follow the instructions below. To install the client: 1. Launch Control Panel and click on User Accounts:
2. Click on User Accounts again
3. Click on Turn User Account Control on or off
4. Click Continue on the next prompt:
5. Uncheck box next to the Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer and click OK:
6. Click on Restart Now:
7. Go to the following website: http://www.crossmark.com/connect/pnupcli.exe. 8. When prompted, save the file PNUPCLI.EXE to your computer (choose a location that is easy for you to navigate to, such as Desktop).
9. Once the file finishes saving, lick on Run.
10. You should see the following appear. Click Next:
11. Select the ‘I Accept…” on the following screen and Click Next:
12. Fill out the User Name and Organization fields on the following screen. Select Install this Application for: Anyone who uses this computer. Click Next.
13. Click Finish on the following screen:
14. After the install completes, log into Citrix http://connect.crossmark.com 15. Launch one of the Applications (Timesheet, Web Expense, or MyInfo). You should see a Printer icon appear in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
16. Right click on the Print-IT icon and then click on Client Properties.
17. Change the setting to Auto-Create Default Printer only. Click OK.
18. Close out of Citrix. 19. Go back into Control Panel and repeat steps 1-6, but CHECK the box next to the Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer and click OK. Restart your computer. 20. Access Citrix again by going to http://connect.crossmark.com and launching one of the applications (MyInfo, Timesheet, or Web Expense). 21. Attempt to print. You should see two printer options. Select the printer that has your First name and Last name in parenthesis following the printer name:
22. Verify that you are able to print 23. Once you successfully print, you can delete the PNUPCLI icon on your desktop.
