Timesheet Login Issue
If you see the above error, you should confirm that you are Fulltime employee and not a retail rep to access the application. Timesheet / Myinfo are both accessed by full time employee’s only. Concur can be accessed by both full and part-time employees.
In the event you do see the above error, try to enter in the User Name: field crossmark\firstname.lastname (example: crossmark\John.Jones).
