Application Access Request
   
 

On a limited basis, some users have been granted rights to use Citrix to access SalesTrak.  This is only to address users who have had significant access problems using SalesTrak and/or who have purchased a new computer recently that came pre-installed with Microsoft Vista.

If you feel you have a special need to access a specific application through Citrix, please provide details here.  This request will be evaluated, and you will be contacted to let you know the status.

PLEASE READ:

ALL CROSSMARK ASSOCIATES HAVE ACCESS TO MyInfo, Timesheet, and WebExpense.  You do not need to use this form to request access to these applications.

ALL CROSSMARK ASSOCIATES WHO HAVE A CROSSMARK ISSUED PC do not need to use Citrix for anything.  If you are having problems with accessing any CROSSMARK application on a CROSSMARK PC (using VPN or for whatever reason), you need to contact the IT Help Desk to resolve this issue.

If you do not provide a clear and detailed explanation of what you need and why you need it, your request may not get a response.

Provide details of what you have tried to work around this problem, and why you feel Citrix is your only viable alternative to use this system(s):

IMPORTANT:  You need to provide specific reasons why you cannot access an application, like SalesTrak, through your normal Internet Explorer/computer.  SalesTrak is Internet-facing, and 99% of the time, it does not require Citrix to access the tool.  The primary exception to this are those people who have Microsoft Vista installed.
