Note: These instructions are
only for Windows XP users. Also, only install this print driver if you are experiencing a problem printing through Citrix. Most people can print fine without this print driver and should not need to install it. Some people with older printers, or Lexmark printers, or all-in-one printers may have difficulty printing through Citrix. If you have tried to print through Citrix and have not been successful, please follow the instructions below. 1. Go to the following website: http://www.crossmark.com/connect/pnupcli.exe. 2. When prompted, save the file PNUPCLI.EXE to your computer (choose a location that is easy for you to navigate to, such as Desktop or My Documents).
3. Once the file finishes saving, double-click on pnupcli.exe. 4. You should see the following appear. Click Next:
5. Select the ‘I Accept…” on the following screen and click Next:
6. Fill out the User Name and Organization fields on the following screen. Select Install this Application for: Anyone who uses this computer. Click Next.
7. Click Finish on the following screen:
8. After the install completes, log into Citrix http://connect.crossmark.com 9. Launch one of the Applications (Timesheet, Web Expense, or MyInfo)You should see a Printer icon appear in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
10. Right click on the Print-IT icon and then click on Client Properties.
11. Change the setting to Auto-Create Default Printer only. Click OK.
12. Close out of Citrix and reboot your computer. 13. Access Citrix again by going to http://connect.crossmark.com and launching one of the applications (MyInfo, Timesheet, or Web Expense). 14. Attempt to print. You should see two printer options. Select the printer that has your First name and Last name in parenthesis following the printer name:
15. Verify that you are able to print
