Connection Error to Application

(You already have an instance open)

 

 
   

"You already have an instance of this application open".

 You can only have one instance of the application open. If you see the above error, this means that the application (this being either timesheet, concur or myinfo) has already opened or is trying to open. 

If you have already opened the application and it has not displayed on the screen, please wait for a minute or two. 

If you opened the application and are not sure if you closed it and  are trying to reopen the same application again,  please check to see if the application is hidden behind another application on your computer screen or is minimized on the windows tool bar near the start button. 

If all else fails, please close all browsers wait a few minutes and start over again.
