You will see the above error if you enter the wrong user name or password. Please retype the user name or password and confirm they are correct. In some cases, the password might need to be reset as a last resort by going to https://pset.crossmark.com/ and you will need to have an employee I.D. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact the Help Desk for assistance in resetting your password.
