Event Specialist/Lead Event Specialist/Retail Supervisor - Events

1. Must be at least 18 years of age

2. Must have reliable transportation to and from work

3. Must have basic computer skills and daily access to a computer and the internet – required in order to be paid

4. Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer

5. Must be willing to work weekends

6. Must successfully complete a drug screen and background check

7. Must be willing to complete online training before beginning work and throughout your career with CROSSMARK

8. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills

9. Must demonstrate professionalism

10. Must enjoy working with people

11. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours

12. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds

13. Must be able to push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart weighing up to 300 pounds fully laden with appliances, supplies and product
