Do I need an email address to build a profile online? What if I don’t have an email address?

§ You must have an email address to build a profile. You can sign up for a free email address at www.gmail.com or www.hotmail.com.

If I am unable to attend a hiring fair, what should I do?

§ Click here to build a profile. The CROSSMARK Recruiting Department will contact you to discuss available positions.

Will I be required to take a drug test and have a background check?

§ Yes, you must pass a drug test and background check if you wish to work for CROSSMARK.

If I am hired, who would I report to?

§ Although you will be working inside a Sam’s Club, you will report to a CROSSMARK supervisor who will be in your assigned retail location daily.

Will I be working in one location?

§ The majority of your shifts will be at one assigned retail location. On occasion, you may be asked to work at other locations other than your assigned club.

Will I receive training in my new role?

§ Yes. CROSSMARK believes that it is very important to provide ongoing training, including instruction on CROSSMARK policies and procedures.

What do I have to wear?

§ Event Specialists are required to wear professional attire, including a long sleeve, button-down, white collared shirt, black slacks and black closed-toe and closed-heel shoes. CROSSMARK will provide an apron and hat.

What shifts are available?

§ Most available shifts will be scheduled for Thursday through Sunday, with some additional shifts on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

When will I be paid and is direct deposit available?

§ Event Specialists and Lead Event Specialists are paid weekly on Fridays for work performed the previous week (Sunday through Saturday). Supervisors are paid semi-monthly on the 15^th and the last day of the month. Direct deposit is available.

Are health benefits available?
