Our Leaders

Ben Fischer is Chief Operating Officer of CROSSMARK. His responsibilities include providing strategic direction for and daily oversight of the Sales Agency, Dedicated Retail teams, Events and Home Depot businesses.

Ben joined CROSSMARK in 1990 as an Account Executive. Ben’s leadership skills have led to various roles within the company, including President of the Sales Agency, Southern Region VP, and Division President. Prior to CROSSMARK, Ben’s previous industry experience includes Rorer Consumer Pharmaceuticals, Chesebrough Ponds, and Sysco Foods.

Ben has been featured in GMA Forum and Supermarket News. He is a member of GMA Broker Advisory Council and GMA Chairman's Advisory Council. He received a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Kentucky University.
